Comprehensive Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase & Event Entry

By transacting on our website or purchasing offline, the purchaser certifies that they are at least 18 years of age (or have sought parental consent if under 18) and completely understand and accept these binding conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully, as they are strictly enforced for all ticket purchases.

1. Ticket Validity, Delivery, and Transfer

•         Strict Non-Transferability: No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances, and tickets are strictly non-transferable. The resale of tickets is explicitly prohibited, and Siya Events Private Limited reserves the absolute right to cancel any tickets discovered to have been resold.

•         Unauthorised Agents: Any tickets bought from unauthorised agents or third parties are entirely invalid; admission to an event on the strength of such tickets will be strictly denied.

•         Purchaser Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure tickets are collected or delivered before the event date, to keep them safe, and to verify the correct date and time of the event (including rescheduled events).

•         Lost or Damaged Tickets: Lost or damaged tickets will not be entertained under any circumstances. Furthermore, no third-party collection of tickets is permitted.

2. Admission & Venue Security

•         Mandatory Ticket Production: The Ticket Holder must produce a valid ticket to gain entry band and must present it for inspection upon request from any Event official at any time. Failure to do so will result in being denied access or immediate removal from the venue.

•         Age and ID Requirements: Children above 5 years of age will not be admitted without a valid ticket. Where applicable, valid Student ID cards must be shown to obtain discounts.

•         Right to Refuse Entry: Siya Events Private Limited reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or unbecoming.

•         Security Searches: To ensure venue safety, the Ticket Holder explicitly agrees to submit to any search for prohibited items, which include, but are not limited to, weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances, as well as recording devices.

•         Exclusions: A ticket explicitly does not afford the holder any right to transport to the venue, parking, merchandise, or any food and beverages at the venue.

3. Event Alterations, Postponement, and Cancellation

•         Program Variations: Event dates and times are subject to change. Siya Events Private Limited retains the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists, and to vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without any prior notice.

•         Force Majeure & Cancellations: Siya Events Private Limited may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event entirely due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.

•         Refund Policy: Absolutely no refunds on tickets will be made under any circumstances, except specifically pursuant to our standard conditions under Event Cancellation.

4. Absolute Financial & Transactional Immunity

•         Third-Party Platforms: If tickets are purchased through other booking websites or apps (such as BookMyShow, District, etc.), Siya Events Private Limited holds absolutely no responsibility if a transaction fails, is denied, or if an amount is deducted from your account. The specific third-party company and the ticket purchaser are solely responsible for resolving such issues.

•         Internal Technical Glitches: Furthermore, if tickets are purchased directly from the Siya Events website or app and a technical issue occurs within the payment gateway, Siya Events Private Limited will not be held responsible for any failed or disputed transaction.

5. Media, Privacy, and Recording

•         No Recording Policy: No photography, audio, or video recording by attendees using cameras or mobile phones is allowed during the event.

•         Right to Likeness: Siya Events Private Limited reserves the right to use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display or photograph associated with the event.

•         Data Collection & Use: Information collected during registration or ticket purchase is used to personalize experiences, improve the website, enhance customer service, process transactions, and send periodic promotional emails .

•         Data Protection: We implement security measures to protect your data. Your personally identifiable information will not be sold, exchanged, or transferred without consent, except to trusted third parties assisting our operations (provided they maintain confidentiality) or when necessary to comply with the law, enforce policies, or protect rights and safety . Non-personally identifiable information may be used for marketing. By using the site, you consent to this Privacy Policy (last modified January 1, 2019).

6. Assumption of Risk & Total Release of Liability

•         Waiver of Liability: The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event.

7. Dispute Resolution & Contact

Any complaints regarding the event must be directed to and will be dealt with exclusively by Siya Events Private Limited.
